My friends and I are planning another trip to Japan next year.
This time is going to Kanazawa. As the friends I am going with are bit elderly, I try to do more on booking and scheduling.
But I made a big mistake yesterday, by booking a non changeable, and non refundable hotel on a wrong date.
I was so sad.
Of course, immediately, I wrote to the hotel and apologized for my mistake and requested to change to correct date. But there was no reply from the hotel.
I also thought to call my credit card company to stop payment, but it was too late, the payment had gone through.
The only hope is praying for the hotel's graciousness to allow me to change the date.
Pray, Pray, Pray
Following up update:
I called the hotel, they graciously cancelled the wrong booking and gave me the full refund.
This is the first time for me to book for an Hoshino hotel, I already like them :)
