Last month, my friend and I went to Kamikochi, 上高地涸沢カール。
Kamikochi is such a charming place. The first time I saw it when browsing online, I was deeply attracted by it.

We took the night bus from Tokyo to Kamikochi, arrived there around 5.20am. After dropping a small bag at my hotel, we started hiking at 6.10am,
The first half of journey was very smooth, passing Myojin, Tokusawa and Yokoo; we had a lovely breakfast at Tokusawas.

Tokusawa has nice camping ground. Nearby, Tokusawa lodge has onsen open for travelers.

We took about 3 hours reaching Yokoo bridge, from here onwards are real climbing.
At that time, my knee started feel funny, I couldn't really bend my right knee, so my speed was dropping. Lee Chiat had to wait for me many times.
It was still early for autumn leaves but we could see many beautiful colors.
There are many this type of rocks, this one is called Diamond Rock.
From here, it nears to our destination .
Finally, I reached the Karasawa Karu at 3:00pm, one hour later than the standard course time.
The weather was perfect. We were so grateful for the good weather that we prayed for!
